By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Pricing Policy
Bright Stuff Toys aims to price competitively, while respecting the selling price recommended by our Suppliers, in order to protect their brand's reputation. On occasion, we may reduce the price of an item and offer it as part of a genuine "sale". We may also offer reductions for multiple buys or "bundle" a number of products that we think will be of interest to our customers.
Please note, there is no VAT to pay on top of these prices.
Delivery Policy
Our UK standard delivery charge is £2.95 or FREE when you spend over £40. Please note we currently do not ship to customers outside the UK.
Delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
We know that you are eager to receive your parcel, so your order will be carefully packed and dispatched by the following working day at the latest. Please note, if your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched on Monday.
We use Royal Mail’s Standard Delivery Service (normally delivered in 2-3 working days). Please note this service is not currently tracked.
Returns Policy
We only work with Toy Suppliers we respect and trust and who provide high-quality toys and games. However, we do understand that on occasion it may be necessary for our customers to return an item to us. We are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy.
Unwanted Item
If you are not happy with your item or have simply changed your mind:
In the first instance, please let us know that you want to return your item by calling 01572 821877 or emailing kath@brightstufftoys.co.uk, quoting your name and customer order number.
Once your order has been verified, you will be asked to return the item to:

Please ensure that the item is still in its original packaging and condition as we cannot refund an item that has been opened, damaged or used. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
As soon as the item has been received and inspected, the value of the returned item will be refunded. Please note this will not include the original delivery charge.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
If your item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, please accept our apologies.

As soon as the item has been received and inspected, the value of the returned item including the original delivery charge and any return postage costs will be refunded.
If you would prefer a replacement item, your return postage costs will be refunded and the replacement sent out free of charge the following working day.
Damaged Item
Unfortunately, on occasion, parcels and / or their contents can sustain damage in the post. If your item is damaged, please call us on 01572 821877 or email kath@brightstufftoys.co.uk, quoting your name and customer order number.
Cancelling an Order
We understand that you might want to cancel your order. Perhaps you’ve hit the button by mistake, changed your mind or have an overexcited 6-year old who’s just bought himself a few Christmas presents!
It’s really no problem. If you wish to cancel your order, please ring 01572 821877 or email kath@brightstufftoys.co.uk If we have not dispatched your goods we’ll happily cancel the order.
If goods are already on their way to you, we ask you to return them at your cost to:

As soon as we’ve received and inspected the items and verified that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund.
Please note, you will be returning the item to us at your risk. We therefore recommend using a tracked service.
Cancellation by us
We make every effort to ensure that the prices, product descriptions and stock levels are accurately represented on our website. However, on rare occasions we may need to cancel an order if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- a product, price or description fault has been identified
- we cannot ship to your delivery address, for example if it is outside the UK.
If we do have to cancel your order, please accept our sincere apologies. We will notify you by e-mail and issue an immediate refund.
